Role Summary

The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in building Eduport’s brand presence through strategic school partnerships and lead nurturing across assigned territories. This role is purely marketing-focused, aimed at ensuring high-quality leads, maintaining active school engagement, and enhancing Eduport’s visibility in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach
   •    Identify and engage with potential schools, educational institutions, and learning centers across assigned regions.
   •    Conduct regular field visits to nurture relationships and ensure visibility of Eduport’s offerings.
   •    Foster active engagement by organizing school presentations, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

2. Lead Quality & Nurturing
   •    Ensure the quality of leads by actively qualifying schools based on their readiness, interest, and fit for Eduport programs.
   •    Follow structured lead nurturing processes—ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement with school coordinators.
   •    Track lead progression, ensuring leads stay active and engaged over time.

3. Relationship Management
   •    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with school leaders, administrative staff, and decision-makers.
   •    Act as the primary liaison between Eduport and partner schools, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
   •    Foster a sense of community and long-term collaboration.

4. Field Marketing Campaigns
   •    Plan and execute targeted field marketing campaigns in schools and regional areas to boost brand awareness.
   •    Coordinate with internal teams for promotional material, event organization, and school engagement.
   •    Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

5. Data Management & Reporting
   •    Maintain detailed records of school visits, lead status, and interactions.
•    Provide regular, structured reports on marketing activities, lead quality, and school engagement.

6. Market Insights & Feedback
   •    Gather and report insights on market trends, school requirements, and competitor activities.
   •    Provide feedback to the marketing team to help refine campaigns, materials, and overall engagement strategies.

7. Event & Brand Support
   •    Assist in the planning and execution of Eduport events, workshops, and public-facing initiatives.
   •    Ensure consistent representation of the Eduport brand in all external engagements.
