Job description:
Role Objective
The Psychology Interns will support students during the examination phase by addressing stress-related concerns and emotional well-being, working closely with mentors and mentorship managers to ensure timely intervention and continuity of support.
Job Description :
- Handle escalations related to anxiety, exam fear, and emotional distress
- Conduct short group or one-on-one sessions under guidance
- Act as substitution support for mentor replacements during exam duty
- Support additional mentorship duties if required
- Coordinate with mentors and mentorship managers for follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality and basic reporting
Eligibility & Requirements
- Completed a degree in Psychology
- Basic understanding of student mental health, stress management, and counseling principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Willingness to work across campuses.
- Availability for the full internship duration.
