Job Role :
- Create, update, and implement comprehensive training modules, over all onboarding programs, and continuous learning workshops tailored to calling operations.
- Identify skill gaps through performance monitoring in coordination with Quality manager, and feedback from department supervisors.
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve communication techniques, objection handling, and soft skills.
- Track and report on training metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of programs and their direct impact on team performance and KPIs.
- Partner with department heads to align training initiatives with overall business goals and evolving operational strategies.
