Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support academic and organizational communication activities. The intern will act as a coordination bridge between faculties, students, and internal teams by ensuring professional and timely communication across platforms, especially WhatsApp and official channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle official WhatsApp communication on behalf of faculties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to student queries, share academic updates, schedules, announcements, and reminders as instructed by faculty members.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of class updates, session links, assignments, and important notices.
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all communications.
  • Coordinate with faculties for daily communication requirements and updates.
  • Draft and format messages, emails, and announcements following organizational communication standards.
  • Maintain communication records and student interaction logs.
  • Support internal communication and student engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, communication trackers, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Any Graduation
  • commerce or humanities background is preferred
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle WhatsApp and digital communication professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented.
