Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support academic and organizational communication activities. The intern will act as a coordination bridge between faculties, students, and internal teams by ensuring professional and timely communication across platforms, especially WhatsApp and official channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle official WhatsApp communication on behalf of faculties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to student queries, share academic updates, schedules, announcements, and reminders as instructed by faculty members.
- Ensure timely dissemination of class updates, session links, assignments, and important notices.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all communications.
- Coordinate with faculties for daily communication requirements and updates.
- Draft and format messages, emails, and announcements following organizational communication standards.
- Maintain communication records and student interaction logs.
- Support internal communication and student engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, communication trackers, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduation
- commerce or humanities background is preferred
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle WhatsApp and digital communication professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented.
