Eduport is seeking a highly creative and driven Creative Lead to lead our creative team in producing compelling, high-impact visual content that supports our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the creative team, including video editors, designers, and content creatives.
  • Assign projects and tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workload and timely delivery.
  • Develop creative strategies for video campaigns, advertisements, reels, and promotional content.
  • Provide direction on video concepts, editing styles, storytelling flow, and visual branding.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create conversion-focused creatives for campaigns and advertisements.
  • Review all creative outputs to maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Suggest innovative concepts for marketing videos that improve engagement and reach.
  • Guide the team on trend-based content creation suitable for digital and social media platforms.
  • Ensure creative assets are optimized for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads, and websites.
  • Track creative performance trends and refine strategies based on audience response.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role such as Creative Lead, Senior Video Editor, Creative Strategist, or similar.
  • Experience managing creative teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of video editing, creative direction, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing sectors preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and ad-focused video production is an added advantage.
