Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements from different departments, especially sales roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer rollouts
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for final selection and onboarding
  • Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Good organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for sales roles
  • Knowledge of HR processes and interview techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in ED-Tech preferred
