Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments, especially sales roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer rollouts
- Coordinate with stakeholders for final selection and onboarding
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hiring for sales roles
- Knowledge of HR processes and interview techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in ED-Tech preferred
