About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations. This role involves financial planning, compliance, internal controls, and management reporting, while supporting leadership with data-driven insights for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Support new initiatives through feasibility and investment analysis.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls.
Cash Flow & Fund Management
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
  • Monitor fund utilization and banking operations.
  • Coordinate with banks for credit facilities and financial arrangements.
Taxation, Audit & Compliance
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead internal and external audits and manage financial risks.
Management Reporting & Decision Support
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
  • Support pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
  • Provide financial inputs for strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership & Corporate Governance
  • Lead and mentor the finance team and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance under the Companies Act and maintain audit readiness.
  • Support policy development related to finance and procurement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CMA (India), OR
  • CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared), OR
  • CFA Charter holder, OR
  • MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
