Job Profile:
1.Academic Project Coordination
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of academic projects (courses, modules, batches, exams, revisions).
  • Prepare and manage academic project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Track progress of content creation, live sessions, recordings, and assessments.
  • Ensure syllabus coverage as per academic plans and promised timelines.
2.Faculty & Academic Team Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for faculty, mentors, and academic contributors.
  • Coordinate faculty schedules for live classes, recordings, and revisions.
  • Ensure academic deliverables (notes, questions, recordings) are submitted on time.
  • Communicate academic guidelines, SOPs, and updates clearly to faculty.
3.Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain academic trackers for projects, faculty hours, content status, and deadlines.
  • Share regular status updates and reports with academic leadership.
4.Process & Improvement
  • Support implementation of academic workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Identify bottlenecks in academic execution and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in scaling academic operations as student volume and courses increase.
