Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to manage data analysis, reporting, and lead allocation for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying trends and insights to optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that support sales and business decisions.
  • Manage and optimize the lead distribution process for the sales team based on predefined criteria.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics.
  • Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Automate data processing and reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead management strategies.
  • Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities in sales data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all databases and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, database management, data manipulation).
  • Strong Python skills (for data analysis, automation, and visualization).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
  • 0-1 year of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in sales operations or EdTech.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
